By accessing or using Portalize ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including agencies ("Customers") who create portals and their clients ("End Users") who access those portals.
Portalize is a SaaS platform that enables agencies to create branded client portals powered by Notion. The Service allows:
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
We offer a Free forever plan for new customers. No credit card is required to start. Free accounts are subject to plan limits (including portals and clients). You may upgrade to a paid subscription at any time for higher limits and additional features.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service, including Notion workspace data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Service, including sending schema metadata (such as database titles and property names) to AI subprocessors when you use AI-assisted setup features.
The Service integrates with Notion. You are responsible for:
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
Parts of the Service may use third-party AI models (currently OpenAI) to suggest how to configure your portal from your Notion schema. Suggestions are generated from schema metadata only (database titles, IDs, and property names/types), not from Notion row contents or client records.
AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any suggestion before it is applied. AI features may be unavailable, delayed, or changed without notice. We do not warrant that AI suggestions will be accurate or that they will not omit a safer configuration.
Use of AI features is also subject to the AI provider's terms. Details of what we send, and that we do not train our own models on your workspace data, are in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Portalize and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTALIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Portalize from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You remain responsible for all fees accrued before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
