Portalize is a client portal app for agencies and freelancers. It turns the Notion databases you already use into secure, branded portals for your clients, so you can share project status, tasks, documents, and invoices without giving anyone access to your whole Notion workspace.

What Portalize does

Connects to your Notion workspace with your permission and reads the databases you select.
Lets you choose exactly which fields and which rows each client is allowed to see.
Publishes a branded client portal at your own URL, with your logo and colours.
Gives each client a secure login so they only ever see the data scoped to them.
Keeps the portal in sync with Notion, which remains your source of truth.

How Portalize uses your Google account data

Agencies create a Portalize account with an email address and password, or by using Sign in with Google.

When you choose Sign in with Google, Portalize receives only your Google account name, email address, and profile photo. Portalize uses that information for a single purpose: to create your Portalize agency account and to authenticate you when you sign in again. Your name, email, and photo are shown back to you in your own dashboard and used to send service emails about your account.

Portalize does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any other Google service, and does not read, store, or process the contents of those services. Portalize does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models.
