On Free, clients can view their portal; they can’t edit Notion fields from it. Custom logo and favicon, email notifications, and higher client caps unlock on paid plans. That’s intentional: Free removes the acquisition wall; paid plans fund the features that cost real infrastructure and make agencies look white-label.

Why we did this

Portalize only works if agencies finish setup and put something in front of a real client. A card wall and a 14-day cliff fight that. Free forever matches how people actually evaluate tools: connect Notion, publish a couple of pages, send one magic link, and decide with evidence — not with a billing form.

If you were already on a trial, nothing breaks when it ends. You move to Free under Free caps. Your portal keeps working. No hard lockout.

The paid ladder is simple. Starter ($19/mo) unlocks more clients, editable fields, email notifications, and your own logo. Professional ($39/mo) is the plan most agencies want — more portals, remove “Powered by Portalize.” Agency ($79/mo) is unlimited clients and portals, plus custom domain and last-seen audit.
